Mr. St. Amant represented defendant charged with civil harassment against 13 city employees after she drove through a locked fence with a gun in her car allegedly headed for city workers house. Plaintiff City of Hesperia represented by Covington & Crowe.
After trial which included the testimony of several witnesses including law enforcement officers Mr. St. Amant and his client prevailed and the Petition was dismissed by the Judge as to all 13 Plaintiffs.
